Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or in like-new condition, in its original packaging where applicable, and returned with all included parts, accessories, and instructions.

Buyer’s Remorse Returns

We accept returns for buyer’s remorse within 30 days of delivery.

Buyer’s remorse includes situations such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, no longer needing the item, or deciding the item is not right for your pet.

For buyer’s remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless required otherwise by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@barkhaul.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution. For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, BarkHaul will cover reasonable return shipping costs if a return is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items showing signs of pet chewing, scratching, staining, odor, or misuse
Final sale items clearly marked as final sale
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Hygiene-sensitive pet items that have been opened or used, where return would be unsafe or unsanitary

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@barkhaul.com.

Please include your order number, full name, email address used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will send return instructions by email.

Do not send items back without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or as required by law.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on product availability. If you need a different size, color, or product, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
