Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or carrier delays, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers in the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
United States standard shipping: 7–15 business days after shipment
Total estimated delivery time, including processing: 8–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
If we offer free shipping, it will be clearly stated on the product page, cart page, or checkout page.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the full order total, including product price, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees, before completing checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@barkhaul.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong location because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, BarkHaul is not responsible for replacement or refund unless required by law.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building/mailroom, and the shipping carrier.
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us at support@barkhaul.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.
BarkHaul is not responsible for packages stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@barkhaul.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
